Local business Menus4Mums helps busy parents with meals

I spend a lot of time eating out (reviews coming up soon for a delicious Indian in Caversham and a fine dining experience in Wokingham) but I'm very aware of how lucky I am to have the freedom and time to eat out regularly. I'm now at the age where some of my friends are settling down, getting married and having children. My experience working for a parenting website this year taught me that many parents struggle to find the time and knowledge to create healthy, balanced meals for their children, so finding the time to eat out doesn't even make the list. With the papers reporting different foods each week that your kids should and shouldn't eat, it's incredibly confusing to understand what you can actually feed them.

So when I heard about a local business that offers a weekly menu planner for busy mums and dads, I was intrigued. Menus4Mums is a business by High Wycombe mother of two Alison Pinto. She created the website to make life easier for parents, offering a weekly menu planner, easy-to-follow recipes and a shopping list sorted into supermarket categories to make the weekly shop nice and easy. There's even options for vegetarian families.

I really like this service, and at £6.95 for 4 weeks, it's within budget for pretty much every family.

Would you use a service like this?
