Royal Ascot - Until Sunday 25 June
Five days of sipping champagne, eating good food, dressing up to the nines, oh yes, and hopefully having some luck on the horses. Tickets start at £32 if you book early, and go up to £82.
New West Woodhay Gardeners’ Fair - Friday 23 to Sunday 25 June

The Fair, which has been masterminded by the same team who ran the successful Cottesbrooke Gardeners’ Fair in Northamptonshire for over five years, will offer passionate gardeners a treasure trove of quality plants and gardening products, direct from some of the UK and Europe’s finest plant nurseries and product makers. Tickets to the Fair cost £9 each for advance online booking, or £12 each on the gate. The ticket price includes entry to the West Woodhay Gardens and Estate and free parking.

Mature trees, yew, hornbeam and beech hedges, pleached limes, modern perennial borders, pond, orchard and vegetable garden. New iris beds. Broadly organic, a haven for bees and butterflies, and we also have chickens.
Wokingham Bikeathon - Sunday 25 June

The Wokingham Bikeathon is a fun and relaxed way to enjoy cycling round the quieter roads of Berkshire. With a choice of two courses, a longer 35-mile route and a shorter 15-mile version, the event is open to all standards of cyclists.
